Patriot Stitch & Print Co. provides DTF gang sheets, custom printed apparel, and blank apparel. Many of our products are custom-made based on customer-uploaded artwork, which makes them unique and non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Artwork & Customer Responsibility

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

You own the rights or have permission to use the artwork
The artwork is final, print-ready, and correctly sized
All spelling, layout, colors, and resolution have been reviewed

We print exactly what is uploaded. Patriot Stitch & Print Co. is not responsible for errors related to customer-submitted files, including low resolution, incorrect sizing, or design mistakes.

Intellectual Property

All customer-uploaded artwork remains the property of the customer.
By submitting artwork, you grant Patriot Stitch & Print Co. permission to use the files solely for order fulfillment and production.

You may not upload copyrighted, trademarked, or illegal content without proper authorization. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer-provided designs.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders due to pricing inaccuracies
Refuse or limit quantities per order

Order Processing & Production

Production times vary based on order volume and product type. Estimated turnaround times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

Patriot Stitch & Print Co. is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Returns & Refunds

Custom printed products and DTF gang sheets are final sale.
Blank apparel may be eligible for return under specific conditions as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds or reprints are issued at our discretion for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Limitation of Liability

Patriot Stitch & Print Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
