Order Processing Time

All products are produced to order, especially custom items such as DTF gang sheets and custom printed apparel.

  • Processing times vary based on order size, product type, and current workload

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided on product pages or during checkout when available

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

Orders are processed during normal business operations. Production does not begin until payment is received and artwork is submitted.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders within the United States using reliable third-party carriers. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.


Free Shipping

We proudly offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

  • Free shipping eligibility is calculated before taxes

  • Orders under $100 will display available shipping rates at checkout


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes vary by destination and carrier once an order leaves our facility. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Patriot Stitch & Print Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Additional shipping costs due to address errors

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or resolution is appropriate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported as lost

  • Theft after delivery


International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may be limited to domestic U.S. orders only unless otherwise stated. International shipping options, if available, will be displayed at checkout.
