Refund policy

At Patriot Stitch & Print Co., all products are produced to order based on customer-submitted artwork. Because of the custom nature of our services, please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Printed Products (DTF Gang Sheets / Custom Printed Shirts)

All DTF gang sheets and custom printed items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer artwork errors

  • Incorrect sizing or layout submitted by the customer

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality files

  • Color variations between screen display and printed results

  • Pressing errors or improper application after delivery

We print exactly what is uploaded. Customers are responsible for verifying artwork quality, sizing, spacing, and layout prior to checkout.

Blank Apparel Returns

Blank (unprinted) apparel may be eligible for return only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs for blank apparel are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged during shipping or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.

Shipping Issues

Patriot Stitch & Print Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Artwork Responsibility

By uploading artwork, the customer confirms:

  • They own the rights or have permission to use the design

  • The artwork is final and print-ready

  • They accept responsibility for the printed result

We are not liable for copyright or trademark disputes related to customer-supplied files.
